Refund policy

We want you to love what you drop with XDrop®. However, because each item is made-to-order, our returns policy has a few important conditions.

📦 30-Day Return Policy (Limited Cases Only)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item, but returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived defective, damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition it was received

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or color selection

  • Made-to-order or limited edition items

  • Gift cards or sale items

⚠️ All XDrop® items are part of exclusive drops and made just for you. Please check sizing and details carefully before ordering.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be:

  • Unused, with tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

✅ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@xdrop.com.au

🔍 Damages or Order Issues

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos and your order number

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
