How long does shipping take?
Orders containing in-stock products...
Orders containing in-stock products including XDROP WATER®, NOVATE, the 1L Insulated Bottle, Performance Shaker and future Sydney Icons inventory are dispatched directly from Sydney.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) are typically dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AEST) are generally dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available to selected countries and regions. Additional locations may be added over time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.
Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed on the website.

What is the Sydney Silver Edition?
The Sydney Silver Edition is the inaugural release in the XDROP® Icons Collection — 100 individually numbered hoodies, designed in Sydney and never reproduced.
Will the Sydney Silver Edition be restocked?
No. Only 100 were made. Once sold, this edition will never be reproduced.
Will there be Icons releases for other cities?
Yes. Icons is an ongoing series — each city gets its own numbered, limited release. Sydney is the first.
How is Icons different from the Core Collection?
Core Collection is built for every day and stays available. Icons is limited, numbered, and never restocked once sold out.

XDROP WATER® is Australian Spring Water sourced from underground aquifers in Kulnura NSW and bottled at source for freshness and quality.

How many bottles are included in a pack?
Each XDROP WATER® pack contains 12 x 600mL bottles.
Are your water bottles insulated?
Our 1L Matte Black Water Bottle is insulated for temperature retention.
XDROP WATER® spring water bottles are single-use BPA-free bottles and are not insulated.
Are the shaker bottles leak-proof?
Our Performance Shaker is designed for secure everyday use and smooth mixing.

Will sold out products restock?
